I don't want to sign into MSN Messenger automatically
because i'm using a shared computer. this is really
annoying. I want to manually sign in with my account just
as everyone else who uses this computer has to. How do I
change this? I just want my MSN messenger to say 'sign
in', and not '(e-mail address removed) sign in'. please help
me someone. My privacy is at stake

Greetings Joshua,

To get the behavior you want, click the Start Button, then click the Control Panel. Then,
click User Accounts in the Control Panel. Select the Windows XP account name you're currently
logged under, and then on the left side of the screen, under Related Tasks, click 'Manage my
Network Passwords'. In the window that opens, click the Passport.Net\* (Passport) entry and
click 'Remove'.
