How do I print a document without highlights? I want to print the underlying
text, but not the highlight itself.

There may be a better way, but since I haven't had to do it frequently I just
Select All, set Highlight color to none, Print, then Undo.

If highlighting is displayed, it will print; if not, not. On the View tab of
Tools | Options, deselect "Highlight" before printing.

Ain't it funny how we sometimes forget/overlook the most obvious?:)
