Search and Replace Fields

Recently I was given a lengthy Word (Office 2007, in compatability mode)
document to be cross-referenced. To confirm that I did in fact
cross-reference all the applicable entries, I did a search (toggle + search
field) and replace (toggle + search field - reading highlight).

I decided I wanted to print the highlighted document, but obviously the
reading highlight would not print. Is there a way to highlight the field
that can be printed?

There's no reading highlight shown on the replace tab, so you may have used
the find tab and the reading highlight feature there (a comedown from
W2003's find all, which actually selects the items).

Instead try this: On the Replace tab, put your search in the find box find as
before; leave the replace box blank. With the cursor in the replace box,
click more > format > highlight, then replace all.

This will replace whatever is found with itself but highlighted.
