Don't want from, subject etc. to print

How do I print my email and not have the From, Sent, To & Subject printing?
I have printed previous emails about 1/2 a month ago (same type of email)
without this printing and now this last email always wants to print this
information.

If you find no other way, copy/paste the text to be printed into a word
document and print from there

I have tried that also but becuase the email is originally sent from excel
and the spreadsheet is put as the message body in the email it doesn't come
out in a Word document.
