dONT KNOW WHAT TO DO

I OPENED UP MY COMPUTER AND TOOK OUT A BATTERY AND PUT IT BACK IN. WHEN I
TURNED MY COMPUTER BACK ON THE SCREEN SAID THAT IT COULD NOT FIND THE
OPERATING SYSTEM. WHAT DO I DO
 
Open the BIOS on starting,you'll need to reset and reconfigure,date,time,etc.
In BIOS,go to boot device priority or similiar,select C: drive as 1st,disable
all others until you need them.
