Don't know how to explain

When I open up a browser and click on a hyperlink to open the new one it
opens and then goes back to the previous page, when I go to favorites at the
top I place the cursor on favorites the menu drops down and before I can
click on the one I want it disappears, also when I click on START it brings
up the menu but when I go up to place the cursor on an item the menu box goes
away. I have ran nortons virus and checked that many times and comes up
clean. a friend said it could be my backspace button on the keyboard could be
dirty( I placed it updide down and blew it out, no help) or even be a bad
keyboard. Also when I open up my mail inbox and go to read the latest e-mail
before I even get started reading it jumps up to the next one and keeps going
until it gets to the top. Plesae any HELP!!

Try replacing both K/Board & Mouse for starters, updating your graphics
drivers is another option.
Would be usefull to know what your devices actually are, wireless,
USB, PS2 etc.

Thanks to the 2 people that replied, I installed my old mouse back in(Dell
usb, which the scroll does not work very good, thats why I initially replaced
it) and all works great! I had to use my old computer to even e-mail this
newsgroup as my newer one with the problem was so bad I could get nowhere,
cursor-all pages just kept going back so fast. The new one I was using I just
bought in June and is a Logitech wireless, I'm going to have to see if I can
get my money back. Now I get to looking at this Logitech mouse one of the
small buttons is stuck down on the left side. HUH! Thanks again!
