don't know how to detelet from the computer??????

hi i am a bit of an amature on computers so need a little help i had to do a
compleate re instal to factory settings but when doing so i pushed the just
re instal system files and not a compleate instal. so now i seem to have a
folder on my system i can't delete it contains alot of emty files but when i
go to delete them it just says cannot find the specified file make sure you
specifie the correct path and file name so would like to delete it,i have
tried doing a fresh re instal twice but the file still comes back under the
systems admin folder... so please please can someone point me in the right
direction to delete this unnecesary file

specify the name of the file or directory

direction to delete this unnecesary file

it's unneccesary for you but for the operating system...

Windows have some critical system files or directories which cannot be
deleted or even read thus protecting the operating system from
accidental removal or malicious exploit software.
eg. Windows XP Pro on NTFS:
x:\System Volume Information
x:\hiberfil.sys
x:\pagefile.sys

Hi Mike,
When you reinstall you need to Delete all the Created partitons before and
recreate them again and then select one as Active Partition say as always C:\
is the active partition and select to do the install on it pay attention to
the list of optio represented to you and foramt the Partition before
install/Copy the Operation system files to ready for install, then all
files/folders on this Partition will be deleted a you will start new from
scratch and when Set up start and Input the product key and set up accounts
login and Format D:\ partition too to make ready for use.
