Hi, I recently re-installed Windows, and I haven't been able to download
Adobe Reader. The error message indicates 'Error message 1155, failure to
launch AOM file.' To fix this problem, Adobe self-help instruction says
that I need to copy an 'ESD.aom' file from the temp folder to the Program
File. Here is my problem though, I couldn't find this 'ESD.aom' file at all,
not in the Temp folder, not in the ENTIRE computer. What shall I do? I
chatted with HP customer support. They just tried to avoid this question and
suggested all other ways to go around this problem. However, their solutions
wouldn't work. So, I am wondering whether you had this problem before and how
you had resolved this problem? Thanks, Xuling

Hi Needlove, thanks for ur reply. May I know how to clear up browser cache?

Thanks, Sue
