don't have permission to change password.

On a Windows XP pc on a win2k network i have just
recently started to receive the error "you don't have
permission to change your password". i have never had
this problem before. the user is a local admin on the
computer also. does anyone have any ideas?

Check the account settings to see if the "User cannot
change password" option is checked? Just fyi. Local
Admin does have this option.
