Domain transfer is locked

I want to transfer my domain to another account/registrar but the local representative of Registrar has locked the domain transfer.



Is there any way to transfer my domains without domain secret because registrar did not provide me that?

You can't transfer a domain if it is locked, so you will have to contact the registrar to resolve this. The lock was created to stop unauthorised transfers, but if the registrar is abusing this then you should contact ICANN:

It also depends who the domain is registered to in the WHOIS.

If your information isn't in there, ICANN wont help either.
