Domain slow after dcpromo

I using windows 2000 server, the problem i faced are after
i depromote the server and redo the dcpromo command to
promote is to become domain controller again, it become
slow at "preparing network connection". I already tried
solution given by microsoft to remove the old TCP/IP
setting, but the problem is still happening again.




What can i do here?
