domain not available

After installing new user and trying to log on system
says"domain not available".If i log in as administrator it
will connect. HELP
 
Hi Tim,
This problem might occur when the user is not reflected in the AD. check
the user properties in the domain AD. also try logging with the same user
account in the different computer. this should work.
