Domain Login Problem

Hi,
I am facing a Windows Domain Login Problem. Let me
describe the Network situation. The Clients and the DC are
in different subnets separated by Netscreen 25 Firewall.
Now the clients are not able to log in to the DC.
To enable this is this required to open some ports in the
firewall? or there is something else to be done?

Please help me out of this asap.
