DOMAIN CONTROLLER CHANGE PASSWORD

Hi:
my network is a windows 2000 server with sp 4, I have 20
stations windows 2000 pro, with active directory installed.
the problem is: my network administrator, changed the
administrator password, i can login with the new password
but I can't see the active directory information (users,
groups, etc)
I think, he needed change the password in the active
directory.

Please I need add users in the domain controller, but I
can do that, please I need help URGENT.

are there any users in the domain admin group. if so log is as one of them
and change the admin password in AD.

How did you network admin change the password. The only way i know of is to
change it in AD.
