Domain Blocking

Hello I'm kinda new to this so this is probably an easy solution but can
anyone tell me how to block a user from sending e-Mail to any domain other
than the permitted domains
i.e. *@mynet.com but not *@yournet.com

We need a lot more info that that. Are you running your own email server,
Exchange, sendmail? How are you sending email, via Exchange, ISP SMTP, etc?
