While Sharing a folder on my local system i am not able to view domain users
.. . My system is connected to a Domain . . . any Help.

I suggest you first speak to the people who manage your domain to ask for
help with this (and also, IMO, you really shouldn't have local data or
shares when you're using AD - your data belongs on the server).
