Domain account reset

I have software developers that rebuild their machines on a daily basis.
They keep the same machine names, when they add them back to the domain.
They have been working fine up until this week. I have one user that can't
add his machine back to the domain until I reset the computer account in AD.
Anyone have any ideas as to why this is no longer working?

I have Authenticated users able to join an unlimited number of machines, I
also have an account dedicated to joining machines to the domain. Neither
will work until I reset the computer account, yet it works for everyone
else. Any ideas?
