doesent work, always get error page

no matter what page i go to, i get the error page, as in the this page dies not exist/cannot access and ways to fix it. i ve tried all the solutions, have uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted, everything. i know i have a connection because i tried mozilla to see if it would work, and it did. Help?

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.

If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
in the same thread.

nope, i downloaded adaware, and i already have spybot. I ran both, as well as Hijack This, but Iexplorer is still not working. any other ideas?
