Does XP Remote Dektop allow Remote Boot.

Basically - can I boot my PC from cold if I am not by it
using XP remote desktop?
If not - does anyone know of any programs that will do

Although Rich's method works, I prefer to treat it more like I am actually
sitting in front of the machine and use "CTRL+ALT+END" for the remote
machine instead of "CTRL+ALT+DEL" <- reacts the same way remotely.
