If indexing is turned on (Windows XP) will the access date and time in
the file properties of a jpeg or wmv file get changed? If so how
often and doesnt that decieve the user as to when that file was last
looked at?

Thanks Dev

indexing will not
open the those
files and affect
their time stamps.

Last Accessed is the only thing that could change: Creation and Modified
times aren't affected at all. Last Accessed is a totally useless and
inaccurate feature anyway, so ... no loss.
