It depends upon what your phone service provides, and what your ISP does
when another call comes in. If your phone service allows call waiting, and
it is compatible with your ISP, you can generally add #70, to your dial
string. For some ISPs, it may be ^70, or *70. You need to contact your ISP
on how to do this.
