Sorry my bad english, trying to turn this "error" in to english language.
Dial up, worked fine few months ago, today tried it and it sayed about this:
Pick up phone and dial phone number or ask center to connect your number.
Click OK right after dialling and hang the phone down.
Phonenumber: 1069042

When i click that OK, it opens line and i hear "normal tone" but it does not
dial automatically like it used to.
Help please, did not find anything with google, Win XP Home, SP2, IE7

If you haven't changed anything, call your ISP and see if they are
having any problems on their end. They may have changed access numbers.

No, number is ok, but the machine do not call itself, some strange box says
that dial now and hang up the phone and click OK and then connection is
estabilished..
I do not understand how to make that PC to call to that number, everything
should be ok.
Device has been used for few months through WLAN and now it just do not
"know how to call" to internet with modem inside this laptop.

What is the virus/malware status of the machine? If you think it is
clean, what programs (and versions of them) did you use to check? Make
sure the computer is clean:

If the computer turns out to be completely clean, then remove your
current dialup settings and create them again, making very sure you use
the correct ones and see what happens. But do check for malware first.

Machine is clear, no extra stuff in it, spybot, adaware, spycleener and all
kind of programs tested. If i remove dial up and make new, same problem
occures, it just do not open line and dial...

This is different from what you said before. In your first post, you
indicated that the modem would dial out but get the wrong number. In
this post, you say the modem will not "open line and dial". If the modem
isn't working, uninstall it and swap it out for a known-working one. A
new basic modem costs less than $25 usd.

I have never said that it is wrong number, it has worked last year fine,
calling 1069042 and connecting to internet throu this dial-up. Opened line,
maked that funny TUU TII TAA.. DTMF (Dual-tone multi-frequency) sound,
handshaked.
And it has said that connection has estabilished and everything was ok.

Now, three days ago i tryied to get same connection with this analogical
line and
when i click this same link, it says in rough translation from Finnish to
English "Pick up phone and dial phone number or ask center to connect your
number" and there is no DTMF calling sound, no handshaking, no internet
connection.
It just do not open line itself and dial.

Where i said i had wrong number ??

Here is picture but in Finnish language

And modem WORKS! I can use terminal program to call and it is in laptop, not
so easy to change even..

Well, if you won't call your ISP I don't know what else to suggest. I'm
probably missing some subtleties of your problem because I have the
misfortune not to speak Finnish. I'm sure you'd get a much better,
quicker, and more accurate response if you could explain your situation
in your own language. I would start by calling your ISP or call a local
computer tech and speak to him/her. Unfortunately, there are only a few
Microsoft newsgroups in Finnish and none of them is for networking
issues. If for some reason calling the ISP or a local tech is not
acceptable to you, you might want to try posting in the
fi.windows.server group. You issue doesn't have anything to do with
server, but at least you'd be communicating with people who speak
Finnish. Here is a list of all the MS newsgroups; scroll down a bit more
than half-way to see the groups for Finland (fi):

I'm sorry that I was unable to help you.

There is no problem with ISP, ISP is working fine, other computers can
access internet with same number and so on.. This computer's dial-up is not
working, i try to find Finnish help and if i find solution, and i remember, i
will post it here.

Thanks !!
