does pocketPC 2003 include dotnet framework CF within itself

I have a viewsonic v37, which has pocketPC 2002, with compact
framework . It have 64mb ROM. I am wondering whether the various new
pocket PC 2003 have dotnet cf as part of them, and thus will run cf
apps i right , or whether it has to be installed (and if so how much
space does it take)

another question
is it possible to upgrade my pocket PC 2002 to 2003? ( i mean the
software)

Yes, on all PPC 2003 devices the .NET Compact Framework is available in ROM.
For upgrade information of your device you have to contact your hardware
manufacturer.

Please also note that by now there is SP1 avaliable for the compact
framework, and so you might want to use it instead of the ROM version

Karl,

as far as I know from iPAQ, you would need to look at the homepage of HP or
in your case viewsonic if they have the new version PPC03
