Does outlook have to remove files from your email account?

I've set up a Yahoo account on Outlook 2007 and it removed all of my email
from my yahoo account. I can no longer view past emails on yahoo. Is there a
way where I can view it on both accounts; Outlook 2007 and Yahoo?

Sure. Configure your mail account to leave copies on the server. It's too
late for the ones you;ve downloaded, but future messages will stay if you
tell Outlook to leave them.

I also lost my email, Yahoo to Outlook. Is there ANY way to retrieve my
emails? I had some important ones. Does Outlook store these anywhere that I
can get to?

they are stored in the pst where outlook put them. unless you have imap
access to the acct, putting them back online is a PITA.
