Does outlook express have a autoresponder?

Does outlook express have a way to automaticly send reply emails to emails i
recieve?
If not can someone tell me which email client does,free if poss.

Most do. Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, and Thunderbird all have rules
allow replying as an action.
