Chances are, the sender used Outlook with RTF format, which is not
recognized by non-Outlook clients.
Tell him to resend using HTML format.

I've emailed to see if he's using Outlook (no reply yet).

Why do you suggest telling him to use HTML? Did you mean regular text email?
Why would I want HTML?

Thanks.

Plain text is fine too. But it seems that more and more people are
switching to HTML email, which has been the default setting in
Microsoft email clients for quite a while.

I know Mr Catalano. He is a coach at CVA(Carrabassett Valley Academy) and the reason I found this conversation poster is because our email server is mail.gocva.com; when i typed in this adress, eggheadcafe.com was one of two automatic search results found in google.
Very interresting. i wonder why my email sever blows so bad?
