Does not appear 'desktop alert' and the 'envelop' icon.

Does not appear 'desktop alert' and the 'envelop' icon even though it is
enabled, if a mail is coming from the Receipents set in the 'Rules'
 
If a rule moves an item to a folder other than the Inbox a desktop alert
won't fire.
