Does Microsoft XP V2 have "Front Page" and if where do I find it?

Does anyone know if front page is installed on Windows XP? If so, where do I
find it?
 
Front Page is _not_ part of Windows XP. You need to buy it separately or
part of Microsoft Office. Not sure about Office 2003 but for 2002, there is
a package called "Microsoft Office XP with Front-Page"
