Does ElTorito CD boot on any system?

Hi all,

is it possible to create an ElTorito CD-ROM that boots on any system? Those
systems could have different hardware settings, which are unknown
previously.

Yes.
XPe RAM boot from SDI file that is stored on EL-torito CD can always work when configured properly.
