Does anyone know if it is possible to create a template, with hid.

Does any one know if it is possible to create a template, with hidden text
which will provide the person completing the template with help on how to
complete each section. I would like this helpful text to be hidden from view
of the template, and to be accessed in some way when completing the document.
At the moment I have tried to link sections of help to it from a different
document, and have gone insert-object-create from file-link to file-create
icon. Hoping that by pressing the icon the help could be accessed. However,
once the document has been protected the icon can't be accessed.

Does anyone know of any way around this?
