does any one know how to convert a scanned sheet to a workable sheet in excel
 
You could use OCR (optical character recognition) software to convert
the image to text that could then be loaded into cells.

My experience with OCR software has not been entirely satisfactory.
Unless this is a large sheet, it may be easier to retype.
