anibody knows the difference wich one is better
i'll be using it on my laptop

Hi Alex,

Since you're posting in here, I assume you are a programmer.. you will
appreciate the object model/API of MapPoint as it can be fully
automated, S&T cannot be... I know there are some new features in S&T
2005 not yet in MapPoint mostly related to GPS, but not much.. I think
you'd be best off just sticking with MapPoint 2004.
