Dodgy Keys!

i have some dodgy keys...

When i press the £ symbol, i get the # symbol on the screen;
When i press the @ symbol, i get the " symbol on the screen!

Any ideas why this might be?!

You have the keyboard set to US I suspect. I am assuming you need UK or
whatever you locale is.

Check your input method & language under the Control Panel's
Regional and Language Options. It sounds like you're using the wrong
version of English for your location.
