documents and settings question

Hello,

I am building a XP PC with 2 hard disk drives. While installing XP, can I
tell it where I want the user data to go? And when creating user accounts,
I can tell XP where the data for that account goes? Thanks.

Safest way to relocate the Profiles directory is using unattended installation. See this KB for more information.

An error message informs you that you cannot move or rename the Documents and Settings folder:

Alternately you can customize the Windows XP installation using a deployment tool such as nLite.
