I have several files in the Documents and settings folder named:

User
User.Desktop
User.Desktop.000
User.Desktop.001
User.Desktop.002
etc

Since I have 5 users, they aretaking up a lot of extra space.

Which of these can I delete?

Thanks

ok aperantly i cant post a new question so i'm replying to your question to i
can ask mine :)

i got a "Creative Audio PCI 5200"(thats what it says on the card) sound card
i've never heard of this series and i cant find a driver anywhere for it, the
closest "driver" that i found for it from the creative site was with a "ECW"
file extenstion, what does an ECW file open with?

First, go to Start -> Control Panel -> Folder Options. On the View tab,
uncheck the box for "Hide extensions for known files types". Once you do
that, go back to your Documents and Settings folder. These files should now
be listed as User.xxx, User.Desktop.xxx, etc.
Post back with what xxx is and you may get a better response.

At the very least I would suggest you run a scan with a recent release of a
reliable antivirus program as well as a scan with AdAware and Spybot S & D.
These free programs are available here:
