Document1 default has changed

When Word opens to document1 it's now a blank envelope (4"x10").How do you
get it back to where it opens as a blank letter (8.5"x10")?

I tried this and it hasn't fix the problem. I can;t find Normal.dot. I am
using Word 2003. Thanks.
