Document won't completely print

Having problems with text not completely printing. In landscape mode, the
right side of the page gets chopped off and in portrait mode, the bottom gets
chopped off. When I try to change the margins I get the error message : One
or more margins are outside the printable area of the page. Choose the fix
button to increase the appropriate margins." In landscape mode, the right
margin can never be set below .46" and in portrait mode, the bottom cannot be
set lower than .46".

Any suggestions? Thanks

Increasing the page margins will solve your problem.

Using the following steps, INCREASE YOUR PAGE MARGINS, and your document
will print perfectly.

1. From the Microsoft Word® Menu Bar, click File and then click Page Setup.

2. From the Page Setup dialog box, INCREASE the left, right, top and bottom
margins accordingly, and click OK.

3. From the Microsoft Word® Menu Bar, click File and then click Print Preview.

4. From the Print Preview mode, ensure the document's text is not cut off.
If some text is cut off, follow steps 1 through 3 until the document's text
IS NOT cut off.

5. When you have adjusted your document’s margins to accommodate your text,
print your document.
