I NEED TO RESET MY DOCUMENT TEMPLATE-FOR A BLANK DOCUMENT-
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT THE THE ORIGINAL SETTINGS WERE AND HOW
DO I RESET THE TEMPLATE?

Firstly STOP SHOUTING or turn OFF the caps lock !
Second what software are you using?
Third have you tried the built in help files for the package?
 
For starters, don't post in upper case. Not only is it considered shouting,
it's more difficult to read. It might be helpful if you stated in your post
exactly what program your talking about. If it's Microsoft Word, try
posting in Microsoft.public.word, if it's Corel you can find newsgroups for
those apps also.
