Document is not printing

i have printed two of the exact documents from word and now it does not want
to print the document any more. can somebody give me a clue as to what is
wrong.
thank you.
 
the printer's window shows the status of the document, and little dots
appear, but when i printed the document before it printed as soon as i
clicked on print it printed it one time. it printed the document but it just
takes a very long time to print.
