Document and Settings folder

I have been trying to figure out how to delete a user
folder in the documents and settings folder. Windows says
it's a system folder and can not be deleted. The folder
includes user names, the owner folder and a few folders
with names like jflajalgj and ldkuemopaas these are not
users I was trying to show somebody how to create a user
and now I can't remove the folders. Help!!!

Go to the folder you want to delete, right click go to
properties and uncheck the box next to read only. If that
doesn't get rid of them, boot up w/ a startup disk and
try deleting them through DOS.
