Anybody here know a free Dock program (that looks like the "Dock" in Mac
OS X), for Windows?

Well, I'm use AquaDock and it looks OK.
I am still open for other suggestions.

In addition, are they are programs like this that can be run portably?
 
objectdock from stardock.com is the best one...

I dont know why these people here didnt mention it.
