Hello,

I got a question today from one of our secretaries:
When she opens a doc file attached to an email, she gets some kind of
split screen. When she first saves the file and opens it via Word or
via doubleclick in explorer, it's in regular print preview.

She has Word 2003 and I have Word 2000, so I really don't know what
she's talking about. I don't have that special preview or whatever it
is.
Any clues on how to disable this feature?

Never mind, I found it.
This new feature is called "Reading layout" and it's hidden somewhere
deep in Tools - Options - General.

And note that Print Preview is neither "Normal" nor usual; the view you are
probably referring to is Print Layout view.

Yes indeed thank you.
That got lost in translation.
