doc. files don't open

I have office 2007 and my problem is that everytime I tried to open a word
document, the word open without anything, no document, no erros, so I have to
close and open again, only after trying two times is that open.
(sorry for my English) I hope you guys can help me and understand my question.

How are you opening the document? Does the document open from the Office
Button > Open command?

I can see the documents... but the problem is that I have to open several
times...
If I open word and go to open, the document will open. but if I double-click
on a .doc file in some folder. will not open. I mean the Word2007 open, but
nothing on it! Should I post a video in youtube to demonstrate? because this
proble is putting me really bad. Thanks

I am unable to reproduce this problem. The fact that it opens the second
time implies that the file type registration is correct, however see

attention to the normal template and any add-ins.
