Do we have to select each junk mail individually to block . .

A few 'Junk emails slip through Microsoft's sturdy grip into my inbox. More
than a few, actually. I see that if I select all of them, and try to block
them, I can't. Have to do them one at a time? Is there a way to do them
all? - Thanks you, IM

One at a time only.

I'd like to know if the spam filter is able to adjust itself
when I mark a message as "Not junk". In other words,
does it learn like a Bayesian spam filter normally would?

No, it doesn't learn, as far as I understand it. Its rather primitive at
the moment.
