Do people share private pst folders?

Hi

Do people typically share their .pst files for multi-team member use?

I have a Access application which will check if an Outlook task folder has
tasks in it that can be accessed by people other than the user. I'm thinking
that the definitive way to check this is to inspect the folder full name to
see if it contains the word "Public". (There may be a flag indicating
whether it is a public folder, please let me know if you know what it is.)

The reason for this check is because if they have tasks that can be
accessed/shared by other team members, I have to get the Access app to
handle some things differently.

You can't share a PST file with multiple users....OL requires exclusive
