Do Not Match Error

Each time I open my desktop in Windows XP I get an error
that reads - S32EVNT1.DLL and SYMEVENT.SYS do not match.
How can I fix this or eliminate the error message?

Disabling or uninstalling Norton is usually a quick solution. You might
check for updates on the web site.
