I would like to know what problems you experienced when downloading music
from Wal Mart? I run Windows Media Player/XP and have been downloading music
from WalM and then tried Dell Jukebox and now have no sound.

You do understand that the problem is not with Media Player?
You are buying music that is protected by DRM (Digital Rights Management).
When you signed up for the WalMart service, you agreed to the Terms and
Conditions, including Fair Use and DRM policies. If you did not read the
Terms and Conditions prior to agreeing to them, then that is your fault.
The music you are purchasing form WalMart is acting as it should.
