Do I need to re-install FP?

I posted earlier about all divs, layers and table cells suddenly expanding horizontally and I cannot stop this regardless of which web I open to work on. Since no one has replied, I am assuming maybe that this is not common and (hopefully) not my fault.

Should I re-install FP to fix this prob or can I somehow reset FP?

Any suggestions or opinions are URGENTLY NEEDED!
