No, it's included with Excel

Choose Tools | Add-Ins. If Analysis ToolPak is in the list of "Add-Ins
Available," check the box. If it's not listed, use your Excel/Office disk to
install it.

Analysis Toolpak should be on the Office CD. There are installation
