I just upgraded to 2002, but my keyboard shortcut keys are not working...
i.e., when I close a file, usually I can press CTRL+F4. Nothing happens when
I do that in Word 2002. Thanks SOOO much for any input!
 
Try "Tools", "Options", "General" TAB. Uncheck the two WordPerfect options.
